“No manatees. No snacks. No alcohol. Disappointed as all those three things were advertised in the listing. Misleading trip. Friendly staff (Shaun, Tanny and Oscar) but the rest wasn't up to standard.”

“Did the tour solo on a kayak and had the best experience! All of the staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout the entire tour. This is a must do trip if you are in the area and 100% worth it. Bringing extra fruit would be nice, but is by no means necessary.”
